(Pops concert busses run at the later time only; for New Year's Eve concert, busses run at the earlier time only.) Busses arrive at the DECC at approximately 6:45pm in time for the 7:00pm pre-concert lecture (Classical concerts only), and at 7:45pm in time for the 8:00pm concert.

Bus departure

Busses depart approximately 15 minutes after the concert ends. Busses leave when all guests have boarded and will return passengers to original boarding location.

Reserve/confirm your ride

Reservations are required to ensure a spot on the bus, especially if you are a new or occasional bus rider. Be sure to reserve your spot no later than Wednesday prior to the Saturday concert.

Would you like to be on the bus list for all concerts you attend? Just call or email the office and we'll put you on the list each time until you tell us to take you off the bus rider list.

Current riders — we already have you on the list and will hope to see you unless you tell us otherwise.

New riders — contact us at symphonybus@dsso.com or by calling 218-623-3776. Tell us your name, number of passengers, pick up location and time, how to reach you, and whether you have any questions. We look forward to bringing you on board!
